I took this photo while working on an assignment for my Digital Photography class. It worked well for its intended purpose: demonstrating the difference between high and low aperture. Low aperture blurs the background more, while high aperture has more of it in focus. If I could retake the picture to use outside of class I might have used slightly higher aperture to get the front mushroom in full focus, but I was showing extremes, and this one was the better looking of the two.
